Shipping Policies

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive an email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:

All of our shipping rates will be a displayed during checkout. We offer priority mail or standard shipping. All domestic (within the U.S) orders over $35 will ship for free.

When your order ships:

Checking the status of your order:

You will receive a tracking number emailed to you when your order has shipped. If for any reason you have not received this email us at: brittney@shoprosehipessentials.com

Refund and Exchange Policy:

Returns:

Due to the intimate nature of our products for health reasons we can not accept returns.

Exchanges:

We will gladly accept exchanges on all items.

If for any reason you don't adore your products we will happily make it right by exchanging it for something better suited to your skin.
